We all feel that horrible afternoon drag at work. Even a fresh cup of coffee can’t fend off the procrastinationitis. If motivation eludes you try telling someone what you do. This isn’t your annual review, so it would be something informal, but the time away from your desk and job may help you reset your priorities.
Stop a colleague by the coffee pot and ask what they’re working on right now. Try sticking to people you don’t work with on a daily basis when you chat. Then if the opportunity presents itself tell them some things you’re working on that relate to their position. You may find a unique way to collaborate.
